Our Process

  • 01 Assessment

Together, we outline a clear path forward, detailing each step and milestone. We identify the material, estimate the volume, and assess the condition.

  • 02 Collection

We coordinate shipment dates, packaging details, and loading arrangements.

  • 03 Handling and transport

We manage the specialized movement and coordinate all associated operations and logistical details.

  • 04 Treatment and recycling

We conclude the service with full, documented traceability for every step, ensuring clear records and accountability throughout the process.

NMC / NCA / LCO — cells

Cylindrical or prismatic lithium-ion cells. They come from electric and hybrid vehicles, high-energy electronics and production scrap.

Soft-shell (pouch) lithium-ion

Flat lithium-polymer cells from laptops, phones and handheld devices.

Power tool packs

Packs from drills, saws and cordless equipment; the chemistry is not always evident.

LFP (LiFePO₄)

Lithium iron phosphate in cells, modules or packs. A common chemistry in electric vehicles, forklifts and energy storage systems (BESS).

Hard-case packs

Complete batteries in a plastic casing containing lithium-ion cells inside.

EV modules and packs

Complete packs and traction modules from electric and hybrid vehicles.

NiMH (nickel-metal hydride)

Nickel-metal hydride cells and modules, common in hybrids and older portable equipment.

Lithium primary (non-rechargeable)

Single-use lithium cells; they require specific handling and transport paperwork.

Storage (BESS) modules and packs

Stationary storage systems taken out of service or being decommissioned.
